Sonubi Omolade Adeola is a highly accomplished professional administrator with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and extensive experience in Administration, Human Resources, and Capacity Building.

With over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, she transitioned into the Lagos State Civil Service in 2001, where she has worked across various Ministries and Agencies.

She is currently serving as the Deputy Director, Administration & Human Resources at the Lagos State Office for Disability Affairs (LASODA), where she oversees and manages a workforce of over 55 staff members.

Her professional strengths include training, facilitation, mediation, conflict resolution, project management, mentoring, and counselling. She has made significant contributions through innovative ideas across various committees, supporting excellent service delivery.

She has actively participated in numerous government programs and projects and is a member of multiple professional institutes, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.

Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted mother of four and a proud grandmother of three. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, dancing, and embracing a lifestyle that reflects elegance, attention to detail, and a strong sense of style.
